Saul Principles

1. Israel longs for a King out of fear and this is a great sin. They didn't believe God could save them! Saul is the King of fear! 2. You're not the leader till the leader anoints you as the leader. 3. Leaders rarely see themselves as such initially. 4. God gifts leadership and then grows the heart for it. 5. Your resume isn't as important as God's calling, anointing, and Spirit! 6. We should never lead out of fear. 7. God's blessing of position is tied to obedience and humility. 8. It is a foolish thing: impatience; never ignore the word of God from godly men. 9. To ignore God's wisdom and word is a recipe for ruin. 10. You can't hide from God's calling. 11. Fear will keep from His blessing and can cause you to lose your blessing. 12. Men will despise and doubt you; silence is the best course. Let God confirm you & keep your emotions in check. 13. God brings men to us whom He has touched in their hearts to follow the authority He has placed on us. 14. Waiting on God is the greatest test of Godly leadership. 15. The size of man's army is of no concern to God. It is only a test of the leader's trust in God and His truth. 16. God doesn't need our weapons to bring down the strongholds or enemies that come against us. 17. Fear is the enemy within that Satan uses to destroy God's champions!
